As you may recall we had back in October last year we had an update following the magnificent achievements of David Gregory and his friends and family following their participation on the Birmingham Half Marathon and we had been notified of a ‘Running’ total of around £12,000.00
We are very pleased to announce that David Gregory presented a cheque to Ros Bratt-Wyton and Pauline Jenkins the balance of a grand total of £20,000.00 raised by David and Amy's Army in memory of his wife Amy.
On behalf of the staff and the patients at the Hospital, the charity would like to thank everyone who help to raise this fantastic amount.
David has decided since Amy was in education, these funds will be spent on scholarships and presented every year to staff on the Georgina Unit a wonderful tribute to an amazing person.
